Responsibilities
:
1. Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
2. Supporting the procurement process, including supplier and subcontractor negotiations.
3. Helping to monitor and control project costs to ensure financial efficiency.
4. Preparing reports and documentation for project progress and financial tracking.
5. Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
6. Gaining hands-on experience with contract administration and variations.
Key Requirements:
7. A degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
8. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
10. A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
11. Some experience in construction or a similar role (advantageous but not required).
12. Full UK driving license preferred.
