Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and driven band 5 registered nurses with at least 6months experience to join the growing C30 - Major Trauma Team. The Major Trauma Unit C30, is currently a specialty level 1 unit with 18 beds. Due to the success of the unit we are now expanding with 8 additional beds, bringing the total to 26. C30 can be a fast pace, dynamic area to work in as we receive patients directly from the Emergency Department (ED), theatre, and critical care and patients who are repatriated from other hospitals. Major Trauma is a rewarding area to work in especially when patients who have suffered severe injuries who make great progression and go home to their families or further rehabilitation.
