Job Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for our team of engineers, ensuring smooth scheduling of appointments and optimal resource allocation. (1 in 3 weekends required)
2. Handle the ordering and management of parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for our engineers' service requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records and update the database with relevant information, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
1. Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, contributing to a positive work environment.
2. Demonstrated organisational skills, able to manage diaries efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Attention to detail is essential, ensuring precision in parts ordering and maintaining accurate records.
4. Previous experience in an office-based administrative or coordination role is preferred, especially in a similar industry.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with team members and external suppliers.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
