Come and Join Us As a Commercial Forecast Analyst, your primary responsibility will be forecasting sales and anticipating market trends. By combining statistical analysis, business insights, and forecasting models, you will help ensure that our company makes proactive and informed decisions that support growth and profitability. Working closely with the National Account and other teams, you’ll be instrumental in driving data-backed strategies and optimising forecasts, estimates, and performance targets. About You: We are looking for someone who thrives on uncovering patterns and predicting trends in complex data. You’ll be an innovative thinker ready to challenge assumptions, bringing fresh perspectives to forecasting and data interpretation. Your proactive problem-solving skills will help you excel in ambiguous environments, while your collaborative approach and strong communication skills ensure seamless teamwork with customers and internal stakeholders. Key Skills: Significant experience with sales forecasting and trend analysis, ideally in B2B or consumer goods. Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and experience with SQL, Power BI, or SAS. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate forecasts into actionable business plans. Skilled in managing forecasting projects and presenting findings with clarity and confidence. Main Responsibilities Include: Lead sales forecasting efforts, turning data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. Conduct trend analysis and variance assessments on projected vs. actual sales to refine future forecasts. Work with customers directly to forecast demand for new selections and collaborate on existing product performance. Use EPOS data to improve the accuracy of customer estimates and inventory forecasts. Generate data reports and visualisations that communicate trends and support business strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to align data findings with commercial goals and identify opportunities to maximise outcomes. Salary: £32,250 per annum Contract: Full Time, Fixed term (3 months), 37.5 hours per week Working: Hybrid Working While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
