Company Summary
Medito is a Shopify agency specializing in designing and developing bespoke e-commerce stores built on Shopify. We collaborate with clients worldwide, including the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
Founded in 2016, we have continually refined our service offerings and client focus. As we grow, we are moving from a fully remote structure to building a team in the UK. Our team currently consists of six collaborators.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales process cycle.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Identifying potential new leads and entering them into our system
* Reaching out to decision-makers and initiating conversations
* Creating a pipeline of potential customers that qualify for our services
* Identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients
* Reviewing and ensuring that our service offering remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market
* Creating scope documents and ensuring sales follow-ups are completed
* Assisting with the company's internal marketing (email, content & SEO, partnerships building, etc...)
Key tools you will use include Shopify (store management), ClickUp (task management), and Copper (lead management).
Expected Salary
We offer a starting salary of £30k per year plus bonus.
What Experience You’ll Need
You should have proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in an agency or similar setting. Experience with e-commerce, especially Shopify, is highly beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should feel confident in knowing you are offering the right solutions to clients and potential clients.
