About the role
As a Pharmacist Store Manager with us, you’ll combine excellent customer and patient care with leading, coaching, and developing a team. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the sales and performance of your store while keeping our customers at the core.
2. Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice.
3. Being accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
4. Building the capability of store teams.
5. Conducting continual review through audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety.
6. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
What you’ll need to have
To succeed in this role, you should have a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to help us improve. Additionally, you will need:
1. The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
2. A strong understanding of how to lead and implement company strategy to drive performance.
3. Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
4. High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put people at ease and meet diverse needs.
