The Governors of Moston Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, caring and committed Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team.
The role will involve supporting groups of children in class and out of class, with a strong emphasis on improving reading, writing and mathematics skills.
The successful candidate will also provide full class cover for staff development and PPA cover. In addition, the postholder will develop, lead and support active lunchtimes, playtimes and out of hours clubs.
Candidates will need excellent literacy and numeracy skills. An assessment of these will form part of the recruitment process. Shortlisted candidates will be required to plan and deliver a lesson. There will also be a written task.

* Has excellent behaviour management skills
* Has excellent communication skills
* Can liaise effectively with staff
* Who is methodical and organised.
