== Trainee Home Manager - Central Division == Location: All across Oxfordshire and East Gloucestershire. Pay: £42,000 per annum Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Home Manager for our Central Division. You’ll work across a variety of Homes in the region to gain first-hand experience of the role as Home Manager. You’ll learn about budgets, occupancy level management, care plans and safeguarding as well as the statutory responsibilities required to manage a care home. You’ll support the Home Manager with internal audits and will gain experience of managing people and other resources through leading and developing a care team. kindness to all those who live and work in our homes. ABOUT YOU Ideally you’ll have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, together with previous experience of working at a supervisory level in elderly care. You’ll be highly motivated to succeed and committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care at all times. You’ll be able to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (within and outside of the Trust) to achieve outstanding care through a person-centred approach. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative and, at times, under pressure, with good communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
