Job Function
To lead the site team in providing both a pro-active and multi-skilled maintenance service whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
2. Liaison with the Account Manager at all times striving to ensure that maintenance works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.
4. Managing trades in the delivery of planned preventative/cyclical maintenance and minor repairs.
5. Ensure that all maintenance works comply with relevant statute, regulations and industry best practice.
6. Ensure that all PPM maintenance records and documentation are comprehensive, current and relevant.
7. Project manage minor repair and renewal projects (revenue);
8. Carry out inspections of work in progress as well as pre and post-inspections;
9. Ensure that training and/or instruction is undertaken on mechanical/electrical systems and/or equipment by end users and/or maintenance staff and that training is refreshed as necessary.
Skills/Experience Required
1. Working within a commercial refrigeration contract.
2. Delivery across multiple sites, alongside detailed planning to ensure delivery of PPMs and PSSR compliance.
3. Managing Labour resources to ensure delivery of KPIs / SLA within budget.
4. Liaising and communicating with customers up to senior management level.
