We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities within the I&C energy sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth, managing client relationships, and helping us expand our market share in both traditional and renewable energy solutions. Some key responsibilities are below; Strategic Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, trends, and markets within the energy sector. Client & Partner Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to understand their needs and offer tailored energy solutions. Project Leadership: Lead business development efforts for new energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and P&L targets. Negotiation & Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and securing long-term relationships. Revenue Growth: Focus on generating new revenue streams by identifying opportunities for growth, including new markets, partnerships, and service offerings. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure a seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure business development activities are in line with energy industry regulations and company policies. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly report on business development activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements for continuous growth. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
