Are you a detail-oriented and strategic Systems and Analytics Lead? You will ensure our systems and analytics infrastructure empowers franchisees to deliver outstanding care and achieve business success. Working closely with franchisees, internal teams, and third-party providers to oversee systems integration, drive data insights, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
What will you do?
1. Lead the management and optimisation of all key systems used by the franchise network
2. Act as the primary contact for third-party software providers and identify and implement system upgrades or solutions
3. Maintain system compliance, ensuring data security and regulatory standards are met
4. Deliver reports and actionable insights from data to improve care quality, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes across the network
5. Provide training and resources to franchisees and their teams on system use
6. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruptions
7. Partner with the team to ensure systems and analytics align with the company’s growth strategy
8. Lead initiatives to automate workflows, enhance data capture, and improve system integrations
9. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovations that drive competitive advantage
Who are you?
1. You have experience managing software systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt
2. A strong ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
3. You have excellent communication skills to explain technical information and can be highly collaborative with diverse groups and mixed abilities
4. You’re highly accurate and thorough in system management, data analysis, and documentation
5. You’re able to take ownership of projects, manage priorities, and inspire confidence
6. Ideally, you’re familiar with platforms such as Slack, CRMs, care management software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
7. Ideally, you have a background in training or support, with experience delivering systems training
8. You have project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively
