Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
* Follow up on quotations and manage customer inquiries.
* Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases, and reports.
* Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing after-sales assistance.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you'll need:
* Previous experience in a sales support or sales role (preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
