Sherborne Schools Group are looking for an experienced, committed and proactive candidate to support our expanding HR team through a period of growth. You will support the delivery of various HR casework through coordination, planning, implementation, and monitoring as well as providing advice and support to managers on a range of HR issues and policies. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior managers and department heads at Sherborne School and Sherborne Prep while working to ensure that HR initiatives support the Sherborne Schools’ Group objectives and values.
