Some of your duties with this position include:
8. Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of KS3 students, ensuring progress and attainment.
9. Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and attainment, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
10. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
11. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to the wider life of the school community.
To work as a Secondary KS3 Teacher, you must possess the following qualifications:
12. Must Hold QTS along with PGCE and have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students.
13. Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the success and well-being of all students.
14. Have the ability to engage and inspire students through creative and innovative teaching methods.
15. Work effectively as part of a team, sharing ideas and contributing to the overall success of the school.
16. Have Right to work in the UK
17. Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
18. Provide 2 proven professional references
