Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage invoices, including matching purchase orders and delivery notes
2. Handle accounts payable and assist with monthly/yearly financial reports
3. Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
4. Oversee end-to-end payroll, VAT returns, and CIS returns
5. Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Proven accounting experience, ideally in a small business or construction setting
2. Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
3. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
4. Experience in payroll processing and VAT returns

This role can cater to full-time or part-time hours.
