(Term Time only, 38-40 weeks a year) Notice Period: 1 Month Apprenticeship Details - 16 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/remote). Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider) Core Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the central services and Trust senior leadership teams. Serve as the first point of contact, managing phone calls, emails, and shared mailboxes. Support daily office operations by organizing materials, resources, and ensuring onsite staff wellbeing. Coordinate meeting arrangements, including room setup, documents, and refreshments. Recruitment & Record Keeping: Assist with recruitment campaigns, handling job advertisements, applications, candidate correspondence, and DBS processes. Update Trust central services records in ARBOR and manage office stock levels. Support Trust Project Leads and Directors with scheduling, minute-taking, correspondence, and filing. Health & Safety & Estates: Assist the Trust Health & Safety Lead with compliance administration and Trust-wide documentation. Support site supervisors with scheduling service visits, safety checks, and preparation for audits. Help maintain a preferred supplier list and monitor Health & Safety training compliance. Governance & Leadership Support: Schedule meetings, send agendas, and maintain policy records for Trustees and Governors. Track safeguarding and training records for relevant personnel. Outreach & Operations: Proofread documents, update records, onboard new schools, and assist with data handling and marketing communications. Provide calendar and diary support as needed. General Responsibilities: Actively support Trust values, cover for other team members, and comply with all Trust policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and perform additional duties as required. Special Requirements: Complete mandatory Trust safeguarding and child welfare requirements, including an Enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, qualifications verification, and health checks.
