We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. You'll be on a full-time contract, working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a thriving £2M operation at one of the world's most iconic heritage sites, Stonehenge. You'll oversee a high-volume, multi-outlet business, shaping exceptional visitor experiences while managing budgets, driving sales, and leading a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
As the Stonehenge Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the food and beverage operation at the iconic world heritage site, welcoming over 1.4 million visitors a year. You will oversee a high-volume, multi-outlet operation, leading a team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences while managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving £2M in annual revenue.
To be considered as a Stonehenge Food and Beverage Manager, you'll need:
1. Experience in High-Volume F&B Operations: Proven track record managing multi-outlet food and beverage businesses, ideally in a visitor attraction or hospitality setting.
2. Strong Leadership & Team Development: Ability to recruit, train, and lead a diverse team, using a coaching and mentoring approach to drive high performance.
3. Financial & Commercial Acumen: Experience in budget management, revenue generation, cost control, and stock management to achieve financial targets.
4. Expertise in Food Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, allergen regulations, licensing laws, and health & safety standards, ensuring high compliance and hygiene ratings.
5. Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management: Skilled in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to sustainability and site investment initiatives.
