As a Maintenance Technician at Paradise View Apartments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks to keep our property in top condition. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards. Conduct inspections and identify issues in apartments and common areas. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and tools. Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
