37\nhours per week

\nSalary\n- £23,680 - £25,822 plus possibility of access to an allowance of\n£5,000 per annum
\n
The\nsuccessful candidate will join the engineering team and be\nresponsible for managing a caseload of learners on apprenticeship\nprograms in Electrical Installation. The role will involve working\nwith employers, the business development team and class-based\nteachers to ensure that the apprentices under your supervision manage\ntheir workload and achieve their qualification. As a part of the\nrole, you will carry out reviews and assessments, both on site and\nwithin the College to ensure their success.
