To resolve a wide range of complex issues relating to Electrical, Plumbing, and Building facilities. Working within a small team taking calls and actioning requests by email for a wide variety of issues, providing members of the public with information relating to Country Parks and playing a key role in the operation of County Hall. About You To apply for this post, you must: Have worked in a call centre environment dealing with complaints Have knowledge of different trades Be familiar with facilities management services Be able to report and maintain records accurately and efficiently Able to demonstrate good customer care Take responsibility for planning and organising own work Keep team members of progress and problems in a timely manner Have effective written and verbal skills and ability to communicate well with internal and external customers You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
