Job Function:
To oversee the delivery of small works throughout the Co-op estate in compliance with the specification and timescales in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities:
· Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with CBES and Co-op colleagues.
· Assists the FM Contract Manager in the overall management of the contract.
· Management of the Small Works Team.
· Management of all estimated works which are sent by the Client.
· Contractor Management on estimated works.
· Reporting on Small Works Activities to internal team and client.
· Weekly reporting on small works delivery and projected small works.
· Supervision of field engineers activity via the FM Supervisors to ensure the delivery of small works.
· Organising site inspections to oversee estimates, planned and completed works onsite.
· Organising pre-start meetings.
· Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to submission.
· Allocation and Review of Small Works Plans, CDM & Construction Phase Plans.
· Comply with any other reasonable request or instruction from the FM Contracts Manager.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
· Monthly report to FM Contracts Manager.
· Customer/colleague relationships and feedback.
· Management of the Small Works Team.
· Compliance with Health and Safety policy.
