The Role As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will: Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring exceptional performance and career progression. Manage Contracts: Administer contracts (NEC, option E, etc.), negotiate terms, and resolve disputes effectively. What We're Looking For To excel in this position, you will have: Proven experience as a Managing or Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and civil engineering project management. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (RICS membership preferred).
