Stakeholder Communication Act as a central point for the Clyde Infrastructure Programme Risk information, ensuring alignment and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, supporting informed and timely risk-based decision-making. Subject Matter Expert Guidance and support Advise Stakeholders and coach practitioners on established risk management processes, implementing measures to manage risk across the Project and Programme as a subject matter expert (SME). Documentation & Audit Compliance Ensure that all Programme and subsequent Project processes are fully documented, auditable, and compliant with regulations, supporting transparency and effective governance. Person specification Essential Experience: Proven experience in the Project/Programme space, with responsibility for managing risk and reporting. Excellent understanding of Project Delivery hierarchy regarding risk management. Strong track record of producing clear, insightful reports and providing recommendations based on data. Demonstrate the skill of solutioning when purist models are not possible. Desirable Experience: Experience leading Risk within Project/Programme. Proven ability to establish and maintain with the assistance of the Lead a Risk Management process. Demonstrated experience in utilising Risk database tools (e.g ARM, Project Online etc.) Background in working within a highly regulated industry, ensuring compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements.
