Hayle Academy is seeking to appoint a full time or part time, permanent Teacher of English. Delivering to KS3 and KS4, the successful applicant will be joining a high performing Faculty; they will need to be a motivated and positive team player with a determination to ensure all students succeed regardless of barriers. They will win hearts and minds, and inspire, enthuse and motivate staff and students alike.This is an exciting time at Hayle Academy as we work collaboratively to embed our digital transformation strategy, giving teachers and students the very best digital tools available to enhance teaching and learning. Teaching and Learning is at the heart of our school; the successful applicant will need to have a passion to continue to deliver great learning opportunities to our students, to continue to develop this aspect in their own practice and to share within their faculty.
You will provide high-quality teaching, intervention and student support. You will be able to teach across the 11 to 16 age and ability range and contribute to the development of teaching through the implementation and delivery of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students within the school.
