We are working with a reputable market leader within the software sector who is looking for 3 x Customer Success Executives to join a well-established team. This is a really exciting time to join this business as the roles are either newly created or due to promotion. The team is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and believes in a consultative approach. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with new customers whilst exceeding high retention rates with their existing client base.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and goals using a consultative approach to fully support them with their use of the company's online platform.
* Succeed in client renewals and upsell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
* Become a product expert, staying up to date on new features and effectively communicating their values to clients.
* Identify opportunities for client advocacy, including obtaining positive case studies, testimonials, and reviews.
* Provide comprehensive training to clients on the platform to ensure successful onboarding.
* Attend industry events on occasions.
* Manage the onboarding process for new accounts.
The role will suit someone who is passionate about providing a service, preferably with experience in a SaaS business. Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools is also required.
