The Nexus EPR Programme Team is seeking a dynamic and proactive Programme Support Manager to provide critical support to the Nexus EPR Programme leadership and workstreams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our programme, to firstly procure and then implement a new EPR system at Royal Papworth Hospital.
Main duties of the job
1. Deliver high-quality communications: Produce, present, and disseminate complex, sensitive, and sometimes contentious information to a wide range of stakeholders in various formats, including reports, presentations, and verbal updates.
2. Support the Nexus Programme PMO: Provide a comprehensive, high-level administrative management service to the Nexus EPR Programme Management Office, ensuring its efficient operation.
3. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Director, Deputy Programme Director and Workstreams to support the delivery of strategic objectives and ensure the alignment of projects/workstreams with organisational programme goals.
4. Facilitate Governance: Support the coordination and documentation of governance meetings, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
5. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Nexus EPR Programme.
