The opportunity
We are offering an exciting opportunity within Adult Social Care (ASC), to support our portfolio of projects and change initiatives that will help contribute towards the organisation's strategic ambitions and financial objectives. We are looking for a motivated individual who can make an impact from day one. They can effectively analyse and interpret data to provide clear metrics and measures for success, and propose ways to continuously improve best practice and support the delivery of successful change within the Directorate.
In this Project & Performance Analyst role, you will be working with Project Managers and Performance Analysts (across multiple projects concurrently) to establish meaningful KPI's and set up effective ways of measuring outcomes and benefits, as well as analysing the data and foreseeing any potential deviations away from expectations. You will need to be confident is stakeholder engagement as you will be working closely with operational staff to ensure the change is embedded within the team(s) and the benefits are being realised for staff and the people we support.
You will be working within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to develop, oversee, and maintain the database(s) and dashboards for benefits realisation. You will create ad-hoc reports using innovative tools and techniques (such as Power Bi), and provide support, advice and guidance to the wider team.
