Other duties will include: To service and renew all new and existing policies in a timely and professional manner including distribution of renewal documentation, General administration, confirming and tracking underwriting requirements. To ensure the smooth running and timely renewal of clients through clear communication and information gathering with/from clients and any other relevant parties. To manage and maintain database for clients and update clients on regular basis as required. To run the day-to-day administration of schemes, including leavers/joiners and any queries members/HR may have. Maintenance of an internal database Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to provide prompt and friendly assistance. Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and beyond.
