We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to join one of the world’s leading B2B marketing and lead generation agencies in our fast-growing team as a Business Development Executive. In this role you’ll be given world-class sales training and work with some of the biggest tech companies and leading award winning creative and marketing services agencies.
Working days - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday work from the office, Tuesday and Friday work from home.

In short we’re an outsourced business development and marketing department that help b2b companies globally to win new clients and grow their businesses. Our clients range from tech giants and disruptors including household names including Google, AWS, Adobe, Verizon and SAP as well as unicorns + award winning, best-in-class agencies like Social Chain, Imagination, Amplify and more.
What does an Entourage Business Development Executive do?
You’ll be working on multiple client accounts (typically 4/5), helping to drive registrations to events through a mix of prospecting channels including social selling (LinkedIn), phone outreach and sending personalised emails.
You’ll research then build a list of prospects that hit the client ICP brief, invite them along to events (we've created) where they can hear from expert speakers typically on a challenge they might be facing, you'll then look to generate sales meetings post-event.
You’ll attend these events which are hosted at cool venues such as Soho House, The Shard, The Gerkin, The National Portrait Gallery and other standout venues.
What does the day to day look like?
Each day is different! Working across a wide range of clients you’ll:
● Your key deliverable will be generating registrations to client webinars & events utilising LinkedIn, the phone and email to prospect with the phone being your main channel of outreach.
● Build targeting lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator of people who fit the target persona’s that our clients want to target.
● You’ll then use these prospect lists as the basis of your outreach where you’ll use a mix of direct messaging and automation to engage them, build interest and secure event sign ups.
● Generate new leads from cold by leveraging insight, content, events and trends to spark the conversation.
● Communicate with clients and undertake general account management responsibilities such as compiling reporting documents and ensuring your client has all the information about the leads you generate.
● Religiously update and maintain the CRM system.
Requirements
● Min 6 months working experience in an office environment or sales role.
● Ideally some kind of sales/prospecting experience but personality fit is more important.
● Good communication skills both verbal and written is an absolutely must.
● You must be self motivated and like responsibility and accountability
KPI’s & Targets
Monthly targets focused on a set amount of meetings booked and attended and/or event registration sign ups comprising of digital and in-real-life events.
Daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s around activity depending on the project with 300 calls per week as a minimum requirement + Linkedin and email outreach too.
