The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work in our Sales Administration Team based in the Midlands Hub. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the Customer Sales journey from Order to Installation Booking, Retentions, and Cancellation conversion to customer.
Role Responsibilities:
* Contact customers post grace period who have placed an order but not scheduled an installation to allow for efficient maximisation of the installation calendar.
* Manage retention and renewal of existing customer connections as contracts fall due for renewal to maximise forward cash flow.
* Report on renewal rates and adhere to KPIs for conversion of existing contracts to new contract terms at target renewal rate.
* Contact customers who have placed a cancellation via the portal to check reason for cancellation and offer assistance if it is due to customer journey issues, and try to secure the order and installation booking.
* Participate in team meetings, training, and activities.
* Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in scheduling procedures.
Skills and Requirements:
* Scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident liaising with customers.
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
* A positive approach to work.
* Excellent organisation skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure.
* Be IT literate with good presentation skills.
* Developed negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
Personal Qualities:
Commercial understanding, honesty, discretion, and fair-mindedness rank high, along with a persuasive personality and an ability to deal with conflict. Both "grace under fire" and an aptitude for dealing with change and ambiguity are a MUST.
Qualifications:
* Proven success in a similar role with a measurable track record.
* References will need to be provided.
