As a Marketing Manager, you will manage the promotion and positioning of our value proposition to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will oversee the Corporate Marketing Function to increase market share and brand awareness of Converge’s solutions. Key Responsibilities: Implement a 'digital first' approach to marketing strategy. Coordinate marketing strategy with business strategy, adapting materials for various vertical markets. Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels. Develop a deep understanding of Stone’s product & service USPs and integrate them into campaigns to increase sales. Identify marketing and promotion opportunities for all Stone, A Converge Company’s brands. Manage all marketing activities and campaigns, coordinating with sales activities. Oversee the company’s marketing budget and ensure effective budget management. Develop and implement a content strategy, working with the Sustainability Content Lead. Plan and implement promotional campaigns and create compelling briefs/presentations. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Ensure effective internal communications and maintain brand management and corporate identity. Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the Corporate Marketing team. Measures of Performance: Improvement in key marketing metrics such as awards, social media engagement, number of case studies produced, successful events, customer satisfaction, and ROI. Person Specification: Essential Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or related field. Desired Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), MBA. Essential Experience/Skills: Strong marketing background, SEO optimisation knowledge, excellent communication and decision-making skills, attention to detail, management experience, negotiation skills, copywriting, market trend analysis, and strong interpersonal skills. Desired Experience/Skills: Graphics knowledge, technology sector experience, proficiency in marketing software and online applications.
