Your role As the Pharmacy Manager at Pharmaxo Healthcare, you’ll be a pivotal part of our mission to deliver pharmacy products and nursing care directly to patients’ homes. You’ll lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, dispensers and stores assistants to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant delivery of medicines and services, while continually seeking ways to enhance patient care. Your duties & responsibilities Lead a High-Performing Team : Overall accountability for management and mentoring of Pharmacists, Assistant Manager, Accuracy Checking Technician, Pharmacy Dispensing Assistants, Shift Leads, Stores and Admin Assistants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to patients in their homes. Drive Excellence in Homecare : Oversee the daily coordination of homecare pharmacy services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications, as well as nurse-administered care. Ensure Seamless Operations : Work closely with logistics partners to schedule deliveries, oversee stock management, and manage patient care logistics. Innovate and Improve : Collaborate with the Head of Operations to explore ways to optimise processes through automation, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure adherence to regulations, including GDPR and the Human Medicines Regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
