The HR Advisor will be covering maternity and working as part of an established HR team reporting into the UK Head of HR.

The role will suit someone who has experience working in the manufacturing sector ideally in a high-volume capacity and understands an organisation that has strong traditional values, supports their workforce - and an organisation where individuals take pride in their work.
Ideally the HR Advisor will be a true operational HR generalist, with experience in developing people, capable of designing, writing, and delivering training practices, upskilling the workforce, previously worked in companies that are KPI driven and used to completing detailed data driven reports where attention to detail and accuracy is of high importance. This role will work closely with operational SLT teams at different sites and will be the "go to" person for most HR matters.
