We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead our London operations and drive our success in the UK market.
The Role
As our Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our UK operations, taking a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the British market. Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile retail clients.
2. Lead and manage multiple high-end retail fitout projects from concept to completion.
3. Drive project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
4. Build and manage relationships with local supply chain partners and subcontractors.
5. Collaborate closely with our architectural team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
6. Oversee project teams, including direct reports and subcontractors.
7. Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
8. Contribute to business development and tender processes.
9. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and H&S requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
1. Minimum 7 years' experience in retail fitout project management.
2. Proven track record delivering high-end retail projects in the UK market.
3. Strong commercial acumen with experience in project financial management.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently at senior level.
5. Experience managing supply chains and subcontractor relationships.
6. Strong understanding of UK construction standards and regulations.
7. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
