Job Description
Primary school teachers in Gloucestershire required. Zen Educate are currently looking for primary teachers looking to take on either part-time or full-time work on a supply basis as well as long-term in the Gloucestershire area. These include areas like Stroud, Gloucester, and Cheltenham. Working hours are 8:30-4, between Monday to Friday and term time only.
Ideally, we are looking for teachers that are happy to work across the primary age range, since the more year groups you are happy to work with, the more work is available to you. With anything long-term, you can be more particular with what you are happy to take on based on your specialism.
Whilst for more casual teaching there is planning provided, we would encourage that you have resources readily available in case you find yourself with no plans to run with. Marking work at the end of the day is always required.
We are also ideally looking for teachers that have access to a car for ease of travel, but will certainly still consider those that are on public transport.
Requirements
* UK QTS in primary
* Strong curriculum knowledge and can teach according to student attainment levels and offer differentiation where possible
* Good classroom management skills and able to work with behaviours according to a school's policy
* Mark work at the end of the day and have resources to hand for those just in case moments
* Flexible to the needs of a school and happy to teach all the primary years where possible
* Reliable and able to commit to work that is taken on
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one as part of your application
