Family Safeguarding Social Work Opportunities
We are seeking experienced and motivated Social Workers to join our Family Safeguarding Teams in Surrey, covering East Surrey and West Surrey areas. As a Family Safeguarding Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, including Social Workers, Family Support Workers, and other professionals, to address family issues and provide timely support.
* To conduct assessments, interventions, and reviews, using the Family Safeguarding model, to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

* A competitive salary range of £45,929 - £48,735 per annum, inclusive of a market supplement of £5,000.
* A financial package of up to £6,000, payable in 3 instalments across your first 18 months in post.

Our Family Safeguarding Service uses a multi-agency approach, collaborating with Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers, Mental Health Practitioners, and Psychologists to address family issues efficiently.
