Graduate Quantity Surveyor An established Construction Consultancy with a great working culture is seeking an intelligent, Graduate Quantity Surveyor eager to kick start their PQS career, based in its central Brighton office. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor’s Role An ideal opportunity for a recent Graduate Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 months’ work experience to learn pre and post contract services under the tuition of an experienced Partner. The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work across a mix of bank monitoring and traditional Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent based projects. The diversity of projects combined with the experience and know-how of the management means this is an ideal environment for progressing the APC and working towards chartership. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor You must have full, permanent right to work in the UK – unfortunately, this client cannot support applicants requiring sponsorship or similar. You must also have a RICS accredited degree – or be about to graduate – and be able to demonstrate some relevant work experience within a construction consultancy environment.
