Well established and highly successful firm in the engineering sector require Internal Technical Sales / Customer Service Executives to join the team.
We are looking for dedicated; driven individuals to compliment the current internal sales team. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you will be providing high levels of customer service to a nationwide customer base.
Duties
* Providing customers with detailed quotations, technical support & solutions via phone & email
* Processing sales orders & returns when required
* Working with other team members to ensure timely response to all email enquiries
* Following up with outstanding quotations
Candidate Experience
* Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background
* Customer Service / Technical Support / Internal Sales experience
* Preference will be given to candidates with Electric Motor, Drives, Inverters and associated Gearbox experience.
* Experienced with computer processing systems (e.g SAP, SAGE etc.)
* Able to work under pressure in a fast paced industry & busy sales office
* Fully competent with Office computer software (Outlook, Excel)
The role will suit individuals currently working as Internal Technical Sales / Customer Service Executive, Inside Sales, Inbound Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Internal Sales, Sales Administration and be living within a commutable distance of Kidderminster, Droitwich, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley, Bridgnorth, Wombourne, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Wolverhampton or be willing to relocate.
