We seek an Office Manager whose key tasks include:
Administrative
* Manage office operations
* Maintain accurate records and databases, such as customer information, bookings, and inventory.
* Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and other documents as required.
* Assist with scheduling
* Organize and maintain office files, the website and promote our social media presence.
* Manage office equipment, including the printer and computer hardware.
Customer Service:
* Promote a friendly and professional manner whilst greeting and assisting clients and the general public
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls from clients, sharing relevant information with operational team and/or Directors.
* Answer customer enquiries, schedule and book services and address concerns.
Financial:
* Be experienced using Xero software to:
* Draft sales invoices for director approval
* Create & manage purchase orders and bills
* Produce work quotes for client approval
* Produce standard reports
* Monitor cashflow against the budget
* Accept payment by card and cash for paddleboard hire
* Handle and account for petty cash
* In conjunction with the Operations team, schedule and coordinate boatyard activities.
* Manage and maintain boatyard supplies and equipment.
* Manage the moorings system, providing regular updates to the Operations team.
Other Duties:
* Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Assist with other tasks as required.
