Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Drive sales of capital equipment, meeting and exceeding sales targets within the designated territory.
* Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new customers.
* Territory Management: Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
* Product Expertise: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of cutting-edge solutions.
* Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and after-sales support.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, with a focus on capital equipment sales.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
