Interim HR Business Partner
Location: York – working pattern one day per week in the office, with the remainder working from home
Salary: £72,000 – £82,000
Contract Duration: 12 month contract
Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a charity based in York for a newly created HR Business Partner. This role is a 12 month contract and will work with the Head of People Operations and Chief Executive.
The Role
In this role, the HR Business Partner will provide HR advice and guidance to the senior leadership team on all HR matters and deal with complex casework spanning performance, attendance, and complex employee relations. You will lead on the development of all internal HR policies, contracts, and procedures and work with the CEO on the HR strategy and the building of a culture that centres on wellbeing, belonging, and inclusion.
What Are We Looking For
Our client is looking for a proven HR Generalist who has a strong background across the full generalist remit. You will need to have led a people strategy and completed complex employee relations work. You will need to be in the York office one day per week to work and collaborate with the team and provide support to the CEO. In this role, it is imperative that you can build strong internal relationships with the employee workforce but also with trade unions where necessary.
