Shift Pattern: 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm (6hrs shift), 7am - 7pm (12 hr shift)
We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team at Richmond Village. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to our residents who live in our serviced apartments on site, eliminating the need for travel.

What the role entails:
While no two days will be the same, you will cover a variety of duties across our onsite apartments, such as:
1. Assisting residents with personal care duties
2. Supporting at mealtimes where appropriate
3. Helping to promote mental and physical activity of residents through hobbies, interests, or activities within the village
4. Answering emergency calls on site when the care alert system is activated
5. Working with the Domiciliary Care Manager and other external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists where appropriate
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a care/dementia setting or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent); however, this isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
