Articulate is seeking to employ an Enterprise Co-ordinator, part-time for one year, to support care experienced young people to explore their creative enterprise potential.
The post-holder will manage key enterprise projects and opportunities for care experienced young people across Scotland.
The Co-ordinator will:
1. Successfully implement key projects to fulfil the objectives as set out in the 10-year plan, Made / ReMade with Care business plan, successful funding bids as well as in strategic and programmatic dialogue with the young people involved.
2. Contribute to the evolution of activity as a result of programme experience and natural developments in line with the business plan and project participants’ aspirations.
3. Provide administrative and logistical support to aid successful delivery for young people with complex and multiple barriers to participation.
4. Manage information and budgets in line with grant offers, criteria and conditions of funding.
5. Manage project contracts and personnel in line with Articulate’s policies on equal opportunities, safeguarding and health and safety, including risk registers, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
6. Support delivery of Arts Award accreditation (where appropriate) in line with Trinity Guildhall framework and the needs of the young participants within Articulate programmes.
7. Collect performance data that is compliant with high quality project management standards and inform assurance reporting via the Chief Executive and onwards to the Board.

The role is part-time (0.5FTE) for a fixed term period of one year. The salary is £28k pro rata, so £14k. The role is based in Glasgow through supports a small cohort of talented young creatives with experience of care all over Scotland.
