Role: Customer Service Specialist Location: Barnstaple Salary: Competitive Contract: Temporary, 4 - 6 months to be reviewed Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy team based in Barnstaple on a temporary basis. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 2pm Main responsibilities: Manage tickets process to support on time delivery of customer orders. Liaise with stakeholders and communicate all relevant activities related to managed accounts; escalate as required. To ensure that strategic orders & travel packs are processed, and orders acknowledged quickly. To monitor strategic order progress & communicate to stakeholders. To provide reports on strategic order progress. Actively look for ways in which service to strategic accounts can be improved. Requirements: Written & verbal comprehension skills. Empathetic / customer focused personality. Interpersonal skills / teamwork & collaboration. Effective time management / prioritisation of tasks. Attention to detail. Process driven.
