“Being an IP within HRBSST gives great exposure to the vast array of systems and processes utilised by EDF’s HR departments. There are several group projects to get involved with, as well the scope to work independently to resolve issues. I feel as though there is always someone to turn to should I require guidance, and I am provided with support to enhance both my personal and professional development.” Arbaz, HR Systems Industrial Placement
