Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organised and easily accessible
* Booking hotels for the drivers
* Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve productivity
* Support clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Skills:
* Mircosoft package
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
* Competence in data entry with a high level of accuracy
