What You Can Expect Location - Milton Keynes Salary - £80,000 Industry - Property What you’ll be doing Oversee the implementation of Workday HCM. Lead ongoing improvements and integration of HR systems across the business. Ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements. Drive the rollout and optimisation of Workday processes and business structures for seamless configuration, deployment, and operations. Design systems to ensure accurate and timely workforce data collection. Create detailed KPI and management reports to guide decision-making. Provide expertise on using data insights to support business strategies. Key Skills/ Requirements Proven senior-level HR experience in complex, large-scale organisations, preferably in Property, Multi-site Retail, or Professional Services sectors. Extensive knowledge of HRIS development and integration projects, with a focus on improving HR processes and decision-making. Demonstrated success in managing system implementations and upgrades from a client perspective. Skilled in process improvement, risk management, and corporate governance through data-driven approaches. Hands-on experience in HR data analytics, leveraging insights to drive business outcomes.
