Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with sales administration experience to join their team. This role focuses on supporting Sales Negotiators by processing orders to drive growth, assisting the team, and collaboratively exceeding team branch targets. It is a fully office-based role, emphasising the importance of a strong team dynamic to maximise sales for both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Managing existing customer accounts and processing orders.Responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or internal referrals, ensuring an excellent customer experience.Carrying out sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, maintaining systems, managing product information, and keeping price lists up to date.Liaising with internal and external sales staff Joining External Sales Managers and Directors for customer visits and meetings (typically once a month) to build strong, lasting relationships.Reaching out to potential and existing customers regularly, promoting services and products to drive sales.Reviewing performance against sales targets and KPIs, reporting progress in weekly updates and daily check-ins with your Line Manager.Building strong relationships with suppliers during office visits or phone calls, staying up to date with industry developments.Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Participating in product, system, and sales training, collaborating with External Sales staff, senior managers, and suppliers to stay sharp and effective.
