Job Description
Purpose of the Role :
- Implement and update HSE policies according to local and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, near-miss investigations and safety audits
- Develop and deliver training to strengthen the HSE culture, organize awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in the development of the local Operational Progress Plan for HSE.
- Coordinate emergency drills and analyze results to optimize protocols.
- Support cross-functional actions related to the Safety365 culture transformation project.
Job Requirements
Skills & Experience Gained:
- Excellent understanding of HSE standards and regulations
- Project management and communication skills
- Practical experience in risk assessment and conducting audits
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Intercultural experience along with fluency in other languages would be an advantage
