We are looking for an efficient administrator with excellent ICT and communication skills to join our friendly and forward thinking Pastoral team. This is a permanent role working 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) Usual hours 08.00-4.30pm Monday – Thursday, 08.00-4.00pm Friday Some flexibility will be required during busy periods, but you should anticipate being expected to work a minimum of 8.30-3.20 pm during term-time (subject to agreement by your line manager). You will need good administration experience, and a high level of organisational and ICT skills. You will demonstrate high level communication skills and be able to deal sensitively with students across the age ranges. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
